Usage Tips

The Usage Tips are designed to assist you with any questions you may have about the features displayed on the Homepage.


Select the Activate button if you do not have a user Id and Password for PIP.

Once you initially select security questions and answer them, the upgraded Password Reset feature allows you to reset your own Password.

If you have a user Id and Password for PIP, you can log into your account by entering them into the fields provided on the Homepage and clicking Login.

Download a form using the links provided.  Selecting the Read More link will display more form download options.

The announcements section of the homepage displays notification and informational messages.  Selecting the Read More link will display a greater number of announcements for you to view.

The Contact Us link, when selected, displays the Call Center contact information. The Call Center can assist you with all PIP Functionality issues, and certain vendor maintenance issues.

The Department Contacts allows a user to search for and view the contacts Departments that have done business with the City in the past.

The Privacy report provides descriptions of security, collection and submission of information as well as various other processes in relation  to PIP Policy.
